What The Auricular Process Does
|
- Initial treatments are about helping you control your
intake of food. The treatment will suppress your appetite giving you time to
adjust to the new process in your life.
- The second series of treatments are designed to change
how your body uses, stores and eliminates food. It will help change or modify
your metabolism.
- The third series of treatments will either include more
metabolisms or diminish your appetite. It will depend on what is happening.
- This is a 9 week program which should not be
interrupted. You must be committed.
- This process can not work without your firm belief,
intention and commitment that all three components are needed, necessary and
support each other.
- Bring in the Eating Awareness Record to each session at
Action Laser.
- You must have emotional support during this tuning up
time. Please make sure you arrange for people who will encourage you to be
part of that network.
